1. Introduction

Welcome to BoardMentor, a platform dedicated to board director education and mentoring. These terms govern your access to and use of boardmentor.pro (the “Site”) and related offerings.

2. Scope of Offerings

BoardMentor provides live workshops, coaching sessions, digital products such as e-books and video courses, and physical materials including printed guides and manuals.

3. User Obligations

By accessing the Site or enrolling in any program, you agree to comply with all applicable policies and instructions provided by BoardMentor.

4. Categories and Reimbursement Policy

4.1 Educational and Mentoring Services

Includes live workshops, group programs, and one-on-one coaching sessions. You may request a schedule change or transfer of enrollment by submitting a request via contact form at least 7 days before the originally scheduled date. If BoardMentor cancels a session, a full refund will be processed within 10 business days after approval of your request. Should you cancel less than 7 days before a session, you may qualify for a partial refund at BoardMentor’s discretion, subject to a rebooking fee of 50 CAD. No refunds apply to one-on-one consultations canceled less than 48 hours in advance.

4.2 Digital Products

Includes e-books, video courses, and downloadable templates. Access is granted immediately upon confirmation of payment. We do not issue refunds once access is provided. In cases of defective content or failure to meet the product description, you may request a courtesy credit toward another digital product within 14 days of purchase.

4.3 Physical Materials

Includes printed guides, manuals, and other tangible items. Shipping time varies by location. Shipping charges are non-reimbursable. Physical materials may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. To initiate, submit a request via contact form to obtain shipping authorization. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of authorization and will incur a 15% restocking fee. Reimbursements will be processed within 14 business days after BoardMentor confirms receipt of shipped back items. Custom-printed or personalized materials are non-refundable due to their tailored nature.

5. Payments and Fees

All fees are quoted in CAD. Payments must be completed through the available options on the Site. Failure to settle fees within 7 days of invoicing may result in suspension of access or services.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our offerings, you consent to collection and use as described therein.

7. Limitation of Liability

BoardMentor’s liability is capped at the amount of fees paid for the specific service or product. Under no circumstances will BoardMentor be liable for indirect or special damages arising from use of our services or products.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised versions will be posted at boardmentor.pro and take effect upon posting. Continued use of BoardMentor after changes constitute acceptance.
